Treasure your rest.

It's not always feasible to get as much rest as we need depending on the season of life we're in, but my new goal: Shoot for 8 hours to actually get 7 🙈 (Ultimate goal = 9 hours per night for hormone health)

*Magnesium Glycinate has been a game changer for more restful sleep (I get mine at Vig's Health Food and Discount Supplements)

It’s taken many years to get to the point where the gym is my therapy.

🚫It didn’t come natural.
🚫I didn’t enjoy it.
🚫I had so many mental blocks surrounding it.
🚫I wasn’t raised in the gym.
🚫I felt like an idiot (still do sometimes😜)

But the one thing I continue to do is show up.

🫶🏽When I’m at a healthy weight
🫶🏽When I’m a little fluffy
🫶🏽When I feel like it
🫶🏽When I don’t feel like it
🫶🏽When I’m angry, sad, anxious, depressed etc.

There’s plenty of other struggles still in this life, but understanding the importance of being strong and staying mobile outweigh all of the hards I come up with in my mind.

Movement & Strength Training are a non negotiable. And I hope we can get you there too! 💕
