I don’t want women realizing muscle mattered after they’ve already lost it.
The fall.
The injury.
The diagnosis.

One of the reasons women join me has nothing to do with aesthetics.
It’s watching:
their mother struggle to get off the floor
someone lose balance
fear of falling
loss of independence
frailty becoming “normal”
declining memory in a loved one
And suddenly?

Many women do not realize how quickly muscle loss accelerates in midlife.
