🔥 5-Week Youth Strength & Conditioning Program

Designed specifically for youth athletes, this program focuses on:

🏋️ Strength & power

⚡ Speed, agility & quickness

🧠 Coordination & movement skills

Whether your athlete is just getting started or already competing, they'll learn how to train properly, move efficiently, and build a strong foundation for long-term athletic development.

📅 5-Week Program -
Dates will be Sept. 1,3,7,9,15,17,21,23,29,30. Oct. 6,8,9.

Cost: $250 per athlete.

Coach Peyton Nordland and R.E.P. LLC will be coaching these afternoon sessions. Don't hesitate to get signed up. Spots are limited.

Great athletes make coaching easy.
Teaching cleans can take a lot of time. Fortunately, when the athlete is coachable major flaws can be fixed in a matter of a couple minutes. Refining the skill is a process. But, power cleans are such an important tool for an athlete to produce ground reaction force and rate of force development.
