I know it's been a while since I've posted on this page.. Just a quick update I fell off my workout goal and had to have knee surgery But I've bounced back stronger than ever.. I received a couple of Certifications gained knowledge and even in fact started a business. So this post is to let you peeps know I am cancelling this page tomorrow. I have officially launched my business group page. Go search AP Generational Health and add it.. It is a private page I will have Alot of health related advice anywhere from personal training to mental change and growth conversations. Thank y'all for y'all's support!!

Man.. slowly but surely I am knocking the weight off.. I made that decision Oct 1st when I was 253 pounds.. I have made a lot of healthy decisions like my sugar intake and no soda.. But I still eat what I want... I just don't pig out and I have self control on over eating... I have recently start drinking green smoothies as meal replacements... (They're awesome) I'm taking my time and moving slow with this because I never want the weight to come back.. 34 pounds down.. 29 left.. 💪🏿🏋🏿‍♂️💪🏿🏋🏿‍♂️ Come here 190..

Man when I say I hate committing 100% to a diet..

So I've started doing the green smoothie thing and eating fruit for breakfast and dinner but for lunch eating what I like 😂😂😂..

It's works for me because I burn so much calories throughout the day.. So don't try this at home 😂😂
