This Mental Health Awareness Month, Journey To Grace Counseling was honored to join Antioch Christian Fellowship for an important conversation surrounding mental and emotional wellness. 💜

In this discussion, we explored:
• Signs someone may be struggling mentally or emotionally
• The impact of stress, trauma, and life pressures on individuals and families
• Practical ways to support mental wellness daily
• The role of faith, prayer, boundaries, rest, and community in healing

If today feels heavy, you’re not doing anything wrong.

The holidays can bring up grief, loss, or missing people and seasons that mattered — even while others are celebrating. Both can be true.

So today’s reminder is simple:
✨ It’s okay to miss them.
It’s okay if joy and sadness sit side by side.
It’s okay if your heart feels tender right now.

Grief doesn’t mean you’re ungrateful.
It means you loved deeply.

Be gentle with yourself today.

💜 Light a candle, say their name, or hold space for the memory.
💜 Save this if you need permission to feel.
💜 Check back tomorrow for Day 16.
