We are incredibly grateful to share that Journey To Grace Counseling has once again been recognized for our work serving the Lewisville and North Texas community. 💜

Awards are exciting—but what this recognition represents means even more to us.

Behind it are children who found a safe place to express themselves. Adults who decided it was finally time to prioritize themselves. Couples and families who chose to do the hard work of healing together. People navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and seasons when simply getting through the day felt difficult.

And behind every one of those stories is a counselor who had the privilege of walking alongside them.

That is the heart of Journey To Grace Counseling.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Journey To Grace Counseling was honored to join Antioch Christian Fellowship for an important conversation surrounding mental and emotional wellness. 💜

In this discussion, we explored:
• Signs someone may be struggling mentally or emotionally
• The impact of stress, trauma, and life pressures on individuals and families
• Practical ways to support mental wellness daily
• The role of faith, prayer, boundaries, rest, and community in healing
• How to support loved ones with compassion and without judgment
