Meet the Team Monday!
Meet Sabrina! Here is what Sabrina shared about her approach:
I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and students through life’s challenges. I currently have the privilege of helping children and adolescents build emotional awareness, confidence, and healthy coping skills in a supportive environment. In addition to my work in the schools, I also work with individuals and couples who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, or major life transitions, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering. I strive to meet clients where they are and work together to identify strengths, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin, just a willingness to show up.
What makes therapy unique with me is the balance I bring between warmth, professionalism, and real-life understanding. Because I've worked within the school system, I have a deep appreciation for how early experiences, family dynamics, and everyday stressors shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. I don't just look at symptoms, I look at the whole person. I believe that trust is the foundation for meaningful change. I meet you where you are without pressure or expectation, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I also value collaboration, therapy with me isn't about being told what to do, it’s about working together to help you feel more connected to yourself and to the people who matter the most in your life.
