Kentucky helped lead an important conversation about Medicaid’s future today at the Southern Legislative Conference in Lexington.

KY Senate President Robert Stivers moderated a policy plenary featuring Humana Medicaid Division Leader Jeb Duke and legislative leaders from across the South. The panel examined how states are approaching Medicaid financing, eligibility policy, workforce participation strategies and long-term program sustainability while balancing fiscal responsibility with access to care.

Thank you to President Stivers, Jeb Duke and the entire panel for a thoughtful discussion.
