September is National Self-Care Awareness Month—a reminder that caring for yourself can take many forms.

Self-care might look like resting, moving your body, spending time outdoors, connecting with people you trust, enjoying a favorite activity, or simply pausing long enough to notice what you need.

It does not have to be elaborate or perfect. Small, intentional choices can support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being over time.

This month, consider asking yourself:
What is one kind thing I can do for myself today?

August is National Wellness Month—a reminder that wellness isn't about perfection. It's about making small, intentional choices that support your overall well-being.

We know that mental wellness looks different for everyone. Some days, it might mean practicing an exposure you've been avoiding. Other days, it could be taking a walk, setting a boundary, reaching out to a friend, or simply giving yourself permission to rest.

This month, challenge yourself to focus on progress over perfection. Small, consistent actions can lead to meaningful change over time.

Ask yourself:
• What helps me feel grounded?
• What habit supports my mental health?
• What's one small step I can take today?

Your wellness journey doesn't have to be all-or-nothing. Every step forward counts.

💙 Here's to caring for your mind, body, and overall well-being—one day at a time.

BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month

July is BIPOC Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the unique experiences, challenges, strengths, and resilience of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color communities.

Mental health does not exist in a vacuum. Culture, community, identity, lived experiences, and systemic barriers can all shape how people experience mental health concerns—and how they access support.

This month serves as a reminder that:
✨ Mental health care should be accessible to everyone
✨ Representation matters
✨ Cultural humility and understanding matter
✨ Seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness

At CBTeam, we believe compassionate care begins with listening, learning, and honoring each person's unique story. We are committed to creating a space where individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered on their mental health journey.

Together, let's continue working toward a future where mental health care is inclusive, equitable, and available to all.
