Meet Troy, the newest member of our team!
Troy is a former Division I track and field athlete, personal trainer, and youth pastor at Lexington Baptist Church. Troy specializes in one on one personal training and athletic performance coaching. He helps clients build strength, confidence, and lasting discipline through purpose driven training designed to produce real results inside and outside the gym.

410 Arm Curl - Best preacher curl machine ever created. Perfect strength curl, extremely heavy stack, and comfortable handle that allows for close and wide grip.

S 109 Super Leg Extension - Best Leg extension ever created. Extremely heavy stack, with insane tension at start of the strength curve. Highly adjustable with an angled seat that allows for an insane stretch.

MD 320A Shoulder Press - Highly adjustable arm that allows for an extreme range of motion. Great strength curve and has both neutral and pronated handles.

LE 401A Hack Squat - This thing is HEAVY! Super smooth movement with a giant elevated platform that allows for increased variation of feet placement/stance.

420 Tricep Press - Highly adjustable arms with neutral and pronated handles that allow for a tricep or chest focused movement.

CM 282 Lateral Raise - Roller pads are placed in the perfect position, allowing for comfortable sets with heavy weight.

212 Lat Pulldown - It doesn’t get any smoother than this! Heavy stack, comfortable roller pads, and the belt driven movement is smoother than butter.
