This Month, Start the Conversation - Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month is about education, support, and breaking stigma.
One conversation, one check-in, or one act of support can have a lasting impact.

As the month of May starts wrapping up and Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, please keep in mind that the conversation doesn’t end here. Mental health awareness should never fade into the background because mental wellness matters every single day of the year.
Every person faces challenges that may not be visible to others, which is why kindness, support, and open conversations matter all year long. Checking in on yourself and others, asking for help when needed, and showing compassion can make a lasting difference.
Mental health awareness is not just a May initiative...it’s a year-round commitment to supporting one another, reducing stigma, and building stronger communities together. 💚

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the schools that partnered with us during Mental Health Awareness Month by placing green mental health awareness ribbons on the helmets of their spring sports teams. 💚
We were also honored to have staff attend several games to hand out awareness items and connect with students, families, and community members about the importance of mental wellness.
Your support helped spark meaningful conversations and showed student-athletes and communities that mental health matters both on and off the field. Thank you for standing with us in support of mental wellness and helping raise awareness throughout our community.
