Last night we kicked off our very first Mom & Daughter Bible Study. Our hearts are FULL. 🥰🥹 Look at these beautiful mamas & their babes !

We always knew we wanted this gym to be more than just killer workouts. Nights like this are exactly what we prayed for —- a place where women can gather, grow in their faith, and build genuine community.

There is something so special about showing our daughters the importance of women encouraging women, praying together, and walking through the different seasons of life together. We don’t have to do life alone. Women need women. ♥️

WORCer of the week is .kamie !! This beautiful woman is legit the sweetest! She is a caring wife, wonderful mama, and a face we enjoy seeing in the gym throughout the week. She is fit and fast ! Thankful for women like you Kamie- you encourage us all!

👉🏻 New schedule is out —check out our new 6am class Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays!

👉🏻 Childcare available at the 7:45am, 9am, and 4:45pm classes. We have crafts & fun days planned so the kiddos have a good time too.
