Hope House At Hope House, we offer donors and advocates the opportunity to provide profoundly disabled individuals with the lifelong gift of a safe, loving, and family-centered home. Our mission is to ensure they receive the proper care, treatment, and supervision they need to thrive—creating a forever home where they are cherished and supported for life.

Most of the children who came here in 1966 are still living here today as Seniors. We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Country music with a purpose.

This week, Shane Smith & the Saints came out to Hope House to personally present a check raised through their tour with $1 from every ticket sold going directly to support the kids and adults who call Hope House home.

For Shane, this cause is personal. Having family members with special needs, he understands the importance of creating a world where every person is seen, valued, and deeply loved.

We’re incredibly grateful for his heart, his generosity, and for every fan who helped make this gift possible. Thank you for using your platform to raise awareness for the mission of Hope House and the families we serve every day. ❤️

At Hope House, we believe our residents deserve full lives filled with opportunity, challenge, friendship, and celebration—and days like today are a reminder of why that matters.

One of our caregivers recently shared this after a special moment with one of our residents:

“It feels incredible to have established a connection with one of our residents who's been particularly tough to reach. This experience reaffirms that everything we're doing for our kids is truly making a difference.”

This little clip is a window into the sacred work of creating a home.

Because when someone comes to live at Hope House, we don’t just care for them.
We learn them. Their needs. Their fears. Their rhythms. Their ways of communicating.

And slowly, over time, trust is built.
And then one day you get a moment like this.

To most people, it might seem small.
But to us, these moments feel like gold.

You love them in the quiet
with spotlight or applause
Early mornings and late nights
all with the kind of patience that only grows through sacrifice

You learn their rhythm, Their laughter
Their pain and fear,
You celebrate victories most people would never notice as if heaven itself had parted open.

You carry exhaustion and compassion in the same hands.
You walk through hard moments without walking away
You stay.
You have became a safe place.
You love our kids because your heart decided that they were worthy of everything you have to give.

And somewhere along the way,the line between “your kids” and “our kids” disappeared.

Because love does that

It turns houses into homes Care into family Ordinary moments into sacred work.

So thank you,
For every bedtime routine, Every lunch made in the kitchen, Every tear wiped away, Every laugh shared, Every hard day you carry with grace.
