An adjustment applies a specific, controlled force to a joint to help improve its movement and function. That movement also stimulates receptors in the joint and surrounding tissues, sending signals to your nervous system that can influence muscle activity, movement, and how your brain perceives the area.

During an adjustment:

🦴 Joints: A controlled force helps improve joint motion and can reduce stiffness or restriction.

💪 Muscles: Improved joint movement can help reduce protective muscle tension and allow muscles to move more normally.

🧠 Nerves & nervous system: Movement of the joint stimulates sensory receptors that send information to your brain and spinal cord, helping your nervous system better understand and coordinate movement.

🩻 Spine & surrounding tissues: The adjustment creates movement through the joint and surrounding tissues. Many nerves stem from the spinal cord to various other parts of the body. So, adjusting the spine can help support other areas of the body as well.

💨 That popping sound? It’s not your bones “cracking.” It’s from a rapid pressure change within the joint which creates a gas bubble and the release of that gas bubble makes the pooping noise - called a cavitation.

In short: we’re not putting something “back in place” — we’re helping your body move and function better. 🧠🦴

Hi everyone! I’m so excited to introduce myself and share a little about my journey as a massage therapist. 💆‍♀️✨

I started massage therapy because I truly believe everyone deserves to feel comfortable, confident, and good in their own body. I attended Carrington College, where I had the opportunity to study under Angelo Guzman, and I’ve been working in the field for about a year.

I’m comfortable working with all levels of pressure and especially enjoy deep tissue massage. I also love incorporating cupping, Rapid Tension Release, and CBD into my sessions when they’re a good fit for my clients.

I’ve completed CEUs in prenatal massage, kinesiology, and orthopedic pediatric massage, and I’m always looking forward to continuing my education and adding new skills to my toolbox.

Outside of massage, my family is my world. ❤️ I love spending time with my kiddo, long-boarding, and, of course, dog training! 🐶

I’m so excited to meet all of you, learn about what your bodies need, and help you feel your absolute best. I can’t wait to work with you and help you feel better, move better, and feel more at home in your body!

I’m looking forward to meeting you all! 💕
