It’s been quite the day. I have been going none stop since 3:30am. Mainly because I had work but as soon as I got home I bottled up all of our elderberry syrup and we are packed and ready to see all your smiling faces at market tomorrow.
We will be out at the Mont Belvieu Park tomorrow from 8-12.

🍪 BIG NEWS FOR THIS SATURDAY! 🍪

This Saturday’s market is extra special for us, and we are SO excited to finally share why! ❤️

During the slower summer months, I had the opportunity to support my daughter as she started a brand-new adventure of her own. Many of you have followed along as we’ve formulated, failed, adjusted, tweaked, tried again, and learned along the way. 😂❤️

Some of you have even seen her cookie cart sitting on our porch day after day as she worked on perfecting her cookies and bringing her vision to life.

Well… the day is finally here! 🎉

I am SO proud to announce that Comfort Cookie Co. will be making its FIRST MARKET APPEARANCE this Saturday at the Mont Belvieu Market in the Park! 🥹🍪

She’ll be right alongside me in my tent from 8 AM–12 PM, and I would absolutely love for you to come by, say hello, and support her new adventure!

If you’ve met my daughter, you know she has one of the biggest hearts. She is loving, caring, and genuinely wants people to feel seen, heard, valued, and loved.

We wanted to find a way for her to combine something she loves—baking and creating things for others—with something that means even more to her: bringing comfort and encouragement to people.

And that’s how Comfort Cookie Co. was born. 🍪🤍

Each cookie is made with more than just ingredients. It’s meant to share a little love, offer a little support, and hopefully brighten someone’s day.

This is just the beginning of her journey, and as her mom, getting to watch her create something of her own has been such a special experience.
