💌 your weekly message is letting you know that it’s okay to be a beginner at something. You may be feeling excited about a new project or have a little more pep in your step this week to show up in new ways.

Maybe you’ve been
>incorporating a new glow up routine
>adding new nourishing habits
>creating for fun
>finding a new hobby

Let your inner child play with this new found spark and clarity! It’s okay to be new at something. ✨

And if your skin care goals have anything to do with your glow-up check out my facial services at the link in bio. Let’s make your skin goals come true 🪄🫧

January 19th and 26th Meditation is cancelled due to wrestling tournaments. This is a bitter sweet announcement but we will be back in February for free Sunday meditation services 🧘🏻‍♀️

However, we do still hold Art Healing every Monday evening at 5-6pm throughout the month of January so if you’d like to join in to a free weekly offering you have the opportunity!

The time has come! Arielle is holding her first ever Art Healing Class for free open to the public starting next Monday and will continue to be a regular weekly offering! 🎉

✨Remember✨ you don’t have to be an artist to participate in art healing. Arielle will be guiding you each step of the way to learn how to express yourself with different exercises each week. We look forward to creating together! 🎨🖌️🖼️
