It's been a while since introduced myself and there are a lot of new faces around here!
So...Hello! My name is Emily! I trained as doula in February of 2022 but didn't start doing much as a business until 2024.
I love to paint and go on hiking adventures. Im a sucker for any kind of pastry! (Like really, pastries are the way to my heart. 😂)
I've learned so much through the past four years of supporting moms. I've learned more and more about the incredible strength that women carry within them.
I've laughed with these women, wept with them, and prayed with them.
There have been births that I barely made it too and births where I basically lived at the clients home for a week as She worked steadily to bring her sweet baby earthside.
I've held hands as mom received life saving medications. Offered reassurance from the corner of a hospital room while a mom received an Epidural. Witnessed Beautiful redemptive VBACs, and planned cesareans.
It's been a Beautiful journey. I cannot wait to see where it goes from here.
What a gift to serve you all. To all the Mamas who have trusted me to walk with you through pregnancy and birth,Thank you. Jamie is someone that women across our region already know and trust—and we are incredibly proud to have her join Team TRH. Her reputation for compassionate, high-quality care and her commitment to women’s health make her an outstanding addition to our organization.

Jamie is a Board-Certified Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife, providing care for women through every stage of life—from puberty through post-menopause.
🌸 She has a strong background in both obstetrics and gynecology, offering personalized, patient-centered care tailored to each woman’s unique needs.

She earned her BSN from Eastern Kentucky University and went on to complete her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner training at the University of Southwestern Medical School. She later earned her Master of Science in Nursing in Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University, becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife.

Jamie has been serving women in our region for many years and has also proudly served as an officer in the U.S. Navy—bringing leadership, discipline, and dedication into everything she does. 🇺🇸

Outside of work, Jamie is a proud mom of four and grandmother of seven, and she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and family, fishing, hiking, and making memories. ❤️
