Joggin with Coggin " A Fitness Ministry for Better Life and Health" New Journey! New Season! Changing Lives For the Better! I have been trying to figure out what to do with the "joggin with coggin" idea. At this point .

Joggin with Coggin, "A Fitness Ministry For Better Life & Health"... On January 1st of 2014 A good friend of mine, Jason Shoffner, owner of Cornerstone Graphics gifted me with Custom T-Shirts based off of a conversation we had during the last 3 to 4 months of exercising weekly... In 2009 Jason created the "Joggin with Coggin" Tshirts as part of a design for the 2009 Joggin with Coggin 5K celebra

ting Liberty's 200th year of existence. I know two things... It's a fitness ministry, and it's motivated by Isaiah 40:31 which is one of my favorite verses.. In this verse it mentions by trusting God we will run and not be weary, and we will walk and not faint...Going forward I am asking for advice and suggestions on how to deliver this ministry to others... Two ideas I have so far are one on one discipleship, and possible supporting a food ministry like Liberty Association of Churches Food bank.. specifying food for widows and orphans mostly. I am open to ideas, suggestions, and constructive criticism.
