Taught a yoga class today at Megan's Yoga Tribe and was talking to a student after. She told me that my class was exactly what she needed today and I said some things she needed to hear. She also said she could tell that this was my passion. 😭❤️ THIS is why I show up. To help people find peace. Her words meant so much to me today and I’m so grateful I get to teach and spread peace to my community. 💜🫶🏻 forever grateful for this journey.
