We are now taking bookings for the first weekend in October! With a grand opening, exciting services and deals coming your way, we wanted to give you a little sneak peek up, what’s to come!! So here’s what you need to know:

1️⃣ Vichy Shower
A luxurious spa hydrotherapy treatment where warm water cascades over your body from overhead showerheads while you lie relaxed on a shallow waterproof wet table. This hydrotherapy treatment is designed to combine full-body exfoliation, thermal water massage, detoxification and deep hydration.

2️⃣Head spa
Beautiful hair requires a balanced, deeply cleansed scalp. Our custom scalp treatments combat dryness, irritation, and clogged follicles. Relax in our private, calming sanctuary while aromatherapy, gentle steam, and therapeutic neck and scalp massage reset your nervous system.

3️⃣Cold Plunge/Contrast Therapy
Contrast Therapy is the ultimate hot-to-cold experience! Start by warming up in the Infrared sauna, then take the plunge into our cold plunge set below 50°F for a refreshing, invigorating reset. Alternating between heat and cold can boost circulation, support muscle recovery, reduce soreness, and leave you feeling energized and refreshed. Sweat, plunge, repeat!
