This beautiful Zen Buddhist teaching is one that Marvin often shares in his Bikram Yoga classes. It reminds us that the extraordinary is created through the ordinary — through the small, consistent choices we make every day.

Your daily practice is the water that nourishes the fruit. 🌱 And while there is a season for fruiting, it is the daily watering that allows the fruit to grow, ripen, and become something delicious.

We will work through an 84 posture series that includes deep hip openers, backbends, inversions, arm balances, and advanced yoga concepts! Come as you are! You do not need to be considered advanced, but you do need to have a regular yoga practice for this class to be effective for you! Hope to see you tomorrow!
