I’ve been a lash tech for 15 years, and I still love coming to work every day. Yes, I love creating beautiful lashes, but my favorite part is helping you leave feeling…just a little bit more confident than when you walked in.

🫧 YES, YOU’RE WASHING YOUR LASHES… BUT WHAT ARE YOU WASHING THEM WITH?

One of the first things I ask when I notice a client’s retention isn’t where it should be:

“Are you washing your lashes?”

And a lot of you say YES! 🙋🏽‍♀️

But then I ask… “With what?” 👀

Regular face wash, bar soap, body wash, and regular hair shampoo are NOT the same as a cleanser made specifically for lash extensions.

Some everyday cleansers can contain oils, heavy moisturizers, conditioning ingredients, or leave residue around the lash line. That buildup can interfere with your extensions and make it harder to keep the lash line properly clean.

✨ A lash cleanser is formulated specifically for the eye/lash area and lash extensions.

Using a proper lash shampoo helps:

• Remove oil, sweat, makeup & daily buildup
• Keep the lash line clean
• Support better retention
• Keep your lashes looking fluffy instead of clumped together
• Protect the investment you’re making in your extensions

And ladies… water alone is NOT washing your lashes! 😆

Think about it this way: You’re investing good money into your lash appointments. Spending a little extra on the RIGHT cleanser can help you take better care of that investment between fills.

The past couple of weeks have been incredibly difficult for our island. We know families and businesses are hurting, jobs have been affected, and for many, spending on things like lashes and self-care may simply not be a priority right now. We completely understand. ❤️
