Kinetic Musculorehab Technique is a blend of sports massage and medical massage that uses range of motion to treat common everyday dysfunctions. The basis of KM Technique is to learn to treat muscles in their plane of action. This course teaches how to merge passive range of motion with other massage techniques to increase muscle and joint function and how to help relieve pain. KM Technique is also used to increase range of motion, break up adhesion and scar tissue that limit flexibility.
We will be covering common muscular injuries such as Piriformis Syndrome, Psuedo Sciatica, Shin Splints, Plantar Fasciitis, among others. be covering common muscular injuries such as Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Whiplash, There is more information about the class at www.knowlesrehab.org
