A lot of people avoid this type of subject, but I have to get this off my chest. Whataburger is absolutely horrible! Sampled it today for breakfast. Tried the burger and breakfast sandwich. Blech, I know I will get some hate for talking about this. Sorry if I offended anyone.

Last year was actually more expensive to close your contract. Look at the closing cost comparison. Having to offer over asking to win the contract made a huge difference.
