Arc of Allen County We are a private, non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the general welfare of all persons with developmental disabilities.

We offer a variety of program services: day care, day camp, adult weekend camp, information & referral, & other supports.

The Arc of Allen County/Robin Rogers Day Service is moving to the YMCA!!!🎉🎉 We have had the opportunity to lease out the daycare space that was once occupied by Rhodes. Our first day in our new space is Monday, September 14th!! We are very excited for our new chapter and are working hard to get everything in place for our first day! Pictures to come when we have everything set in our new home!! 😁

We are currently hiring for our Day Care. We need someone to work 10:30-5:30 every weekday. We need someone with a heart for special needs children. Your responsibilities would include, playing with the children, helping with snacks and lunch, changing and helping kids in the bathroom, and anything else the Day Care manager needs. The pay is $14/hour. If you or someone you know would be a good fit for our program, please come to our office at 546 S. Collett St., Lima to apply.
