Join Mike and me for a fun, hands-on One Day Beginning Crystal Bowl Class on Sunday, July 12, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at InnerCompass Center in Lincoln City.

Whether you're hoping to use bowls for your own meditation practice, with family and friends, or as part of your professional work, this class will give you a solid foundation in a relaxed, supportive environment.

During the day you'll learn:
✨ How crystal bowls create sound and vibration
✨ Basic playing techniques and care of the bowls
✨ How to combine bowls for beautiful, balanced sound
✨ Ways to create simple sound experiences for yourself and others
✨ Plenty of time to practice with a variety of Crystal Tones® Alchemy Bowls

No musical experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Class size is intentionally small so everyone receives plenty of individual guidance.
