Soooo...here it is...I am officially stepping out of doing massage. After sustaining a torn rotator cuff and completing 6+ weeks of intense physical therapy, I am feeling better. But, healing is still slow and trying to do any kind of physical work with my shoulder is excruciating. But, you know what!? I'm okay with it! It has been 8 years of awesome, amazing, fabulous work! Filled with lovely clients along the way who have become my friends! Thank you all for making my massage career so wonderful! I am so grateful for each of you! ❤️🥰

Well hello everyone! 👋 It's been awhile since I made a post here. Thought I'd check in finally lol! I have been back to practice for awhile now but, keeping my client list small out of an abundance of caution. But, I now have a few appointment times opening up! 🥳

Let me just say that I am a Covid conscious practitioner. I am vaccinated, I wear a medical grade mask, I employ the use of highly rated HEPA air filtration units in my space, I am leaving an hour in between clients for maximum disinfection and air filtration and I have waived any cancelation fees for the foreseeable future. I am doing all of this for the health of myself, my family and all of my clients.

My rates have remained the same:
$65 for a 1 hour
$95 for a 90 minute

Well hello everyone! I hope you all are doing well! I just received a jury duty summons for the month of October! Woohoo lol! I actually really do enjoy this civic duty and will of course be attending. Sooooo, that means that I will NOT be scheduling any more appointments for October in order to avoid any scheduling conflicts. For those who have already booked into October, I will be in contact with you about rescheduling options. Thank you for understanding! 🇺🇲

Indoor mask use regardless of vaccination status has been reinstated as of today, Friday August 13th, because of the spike in Covid cases we are currently experiencing. I will, of course, be adhering to this newest Mandate.

I am also going to go back to NOT accepting any new clients at this time. I will only be continuing to work with those who have already booked with me. These decisions are tough for me but, I would rather be conservative and diligent than throwing all caution to the wind.

Once again, we all need to be doing what we can to help our communities and our healthcare professionals during this difficult time.

Today, Governor Kate Brown and Oregon Health Authority leaders announced that indoor mask use will be mandatory starting Friday, Aug. 13, in response to surging COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.

Hello all! I am up, running and am now ready to accept a few new clients! Who wants to come receive a 1 hour massage for $50!? I specialize in Ashiatsu massage (where I use my feet to deliver part of the massage) but, I also offer Swedish massage (the typical kind of massage that is delivered with the use of my hands and elbows). Please be aware that I am still requiring the use of masks, allowing a full 1 hour for my HEPA unit to run in between clients and 10 minutes for EPA approved disinfectant to dwell on all surfaces in the massage room. My appointment times are limited because of these extensive precautions that I am taking so, booking early is suggested.

⚡Also, if any of my clients refer me for a massage, they will receive $5 off their next massage as well! It's a win win for everyone!⚡

Well well well! Guess who is making a small step back into the massage world!? This girl! And I am so excited to finally be announcing it! 😁🎉😊

With that said, I have made ALOT of changes in order to do so as safely as possible. Mask use WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. Yes, I am aware that the guidelines have been lifted but, it's my practice and my rules. At the moment, I am NOT accepting any new clients. I am only offering 1 hour massage appointments. I have purchased a large HEPA air filtration unit for the massage room to run continuously and CDC recommended disinfectant. I will be allowing 1 full hour for the HEPA air filtration unit to run in between clients for maximum air filtration. The disinfectant used will be allowed to saturate all impenetrable surfaces for 10 minutes before being wiped down. I will be in compliance with all OHA guidelines and procedures (this will include Covid case contact tracing if necessary). And I am fully vaccinated! Woohoo! 🎉

If you had a gift certificate for a massage from me and would be a new client, please pm me and we can set up an appointment. I am honoring all of them regardless of expiration dates.

Thank you to everyone who has been understanding and supportive of me because of the difficult decision I had to make over a year ago! I hope you all have been well and I have missed you all so very much! Please pm me for available appointment times.

Here's the situation. I have several factors that I have to look at when even thinking about how I might reopen my practice.

My clients health and safety is my #1 priority! There is new science coming out about this virus everyday. I have to stay up to date with all of it and it is not looking pretty. Systemic coagulation of the blood in asymptomatic (no symptoms) carriers is extremely alarming and is a contraindication for Massage because of the real possibility of dislodging said blood clot and causing embolism and/or strokes UNKNOWINGLY!

Another problem being that I have NO liability insurance coverage right now is a big concern! This means they will NOT cover me for any possible Covid-19 claims!

And that is just the tip of this virus iceberg. It presents real ethical dilemmas that I will not put myself or my clients into. So for now, I will remain closed.

I will reimburse any gift certificates still out there if you would like, just call me. And do not worry if you have one with an expiration date, I will be accepting them past the expiration date as soon as I reopen.

I DO want you all to know that I miss you, I miss our time together, I miss being able to help you and one day, we will return to our time together with a renewed love for life, self care and each other. ❤️

I am doing well! Daily yoga and exercise have been beneficial. Although, with all this free time, I have been baking cookies and breads far too much lol!

Continue to stay safe and stay home! I'll be here for you all as soon as it's safe for us to return to our work.❤
