This opportunity is for internationally trained physicians (MBBS/MD) and nurses (BSN, BSc Nursing, GNM, or equivalent) looking to gain valuable U.S. clinical experience.

Omaha Insomnia & Psychiatric Services (OIPS) is accepting applications for our International Medical Graduate (MBBS) & Internationally Educated Nurse Internship/Clinical Observership.

Whether you're preparing for the USMLE, pursuing NCLEX licensure, awaiting credential evaluation, or simply looking to better understand the U.S. healthcare system, we encourage you to apply.

Participants will gain exposure to:
• Clinical observation alongside psychiatrists, physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nursing staff
• U.S. standards of patient care, clinical documentation, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) training and workflow exposure
• Behavioral health, psychiatry, sleep medicine, neurology, and primary care settings
• Professional mentoring and career coaching
• Education on the U.S. licensing process, including USMLE, ECFMG certification, and NCLEX pathways
• Networking opportunities with healthcare leaders
• Opportunities to transition into future employment as positions become available
