This important role helps support our patients by answering billing questions, assisting with account concerns, collecting payments, and helping patients better understand their healthcare financial responsibilities.

We’re looking for someone who is:

✅ A strong communicator who enjoys problem-solving
✅ Interested in making a positive impact on the patient experience

Healthcare billing experience and Athenahealth knowledge are preferred, but we are looking for the right person who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and service.
