We see you. 👀💪
The early-morning lifts. The late-night sessions.

The “I really don’t feel like it but I’m here anyway” workouts.

That’s the work, and it’s adding up, even on the days it doesn’t feel like it.

Keep going. And stay tuned, because we’ve got something coming that’s going to make this journey a whole lot more fun. 🤫🔥

Okay, this crew totally made our day. 💙

One of our members brought four friends in for their very first visit, and they made full use of the place. While Arlene was floating, taking her first cold plunge and relaxing in the HBOT chamber, the rest of the group was spread across red light, the float suites, the cold plunge and the sauna. Every room had someone from this group in it at some point, and it was SO much fun.

Then Arlene left us this review, and it made our whole week:

“Having never before done any of the things I experienced here, I was thrilled beyond imagination by the time I left… I’ve been talking about this for days! You MUST treat yourself!!!”

Arlene, thank you. And to our member who brought the whole crew: you’re the best kind of friend. 🫶

If you’ve been curious but nervous to try something new, this is your sign. Grab a friend (or four) and come see us.

Okay, the secret’s out.
Our mystery delivery is a hot tub! 🔥🧊

It’s now sitting right next to the cold plunge, and getting it there took some teamwork. Tanner Wonch , Jake Johnson , and Rugger’s Outdoor , thank you for giving up part of your day to lift, haul, and squeeze it through doorways with us. This community is the best! 💙

Our plan is to get this room set up today and putt the finishing touches on asap - we can’t wait for you to try it. 🙌

Should be available VERY SOON!

Moving day at Lost in Float 🧊 Turns out a cold plunge is very heavy, even empty. Levi handled it. I supervised. 😅

We’re making room for something new in this corner, and we’re not telling you what it is just yet. 👀

What do you think’s going here? Wrong answers only 👇

Follow along.
The reveal is coming soon.

15 minutes where nobody can find me. 🔴

I used to only hop in the red light bed when something hurt. Now I just… go.
Regularly.

Some days it’s for recovery, some days it’s for my skin, and some days I just want 15 minutes of quiet where nobody needs me, so I can soak in all the benefits of Red Light. 😅

If you’ve been curious…. Come press the button and lie down. Easiest part of your day.

A 2018 study found something unusual:

after a single 1-hour float session, every one of the 50 participants with anxiety-related conditions showed a reduction in state anxiety (how anxious they felt in the moment).

Not an average. Not most people. All 50.

Study: https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0190292

Important context:

This measured immediate, short-term state anxiety — not long-term clinical anxiety or permanent elimination. The effect was large, and the study was open-label, so more research is still needed. But the fact that the reduction showed up in every single participant is what stands out.

About the experience itself:
Some people love floating right away.
Others find the first session a bit strange, restless, or uncomfortable while their system adjusts. That’s common.
Many people notice the benefits more clearly when they do at least 3 to 5 floats. Giving yourself a few sessions often makes the difference between “interesting” and genuinely profound.

If you’re curious, start with one — and highly consider booking a few so you can really settle into it.

Know someone carrying a lot of anxiety?
Send this their way — it’s worth seeing. 🙌

Do the hard thing.

I’ve made some big changes in my life, career, and family over the last year or so.

And somehow… getting into cold water is still one of the hardest (so I keep doing it!)

Every time I stand there, I hesitate. My brain tries to negotiate. Comfort starts sounding really convincing.

Then I get in anyway.

Because happiness doesn’t come from making life easier.
It comes from becoming someone who can handle challenges.

Every time you choose the uncomfortable thing — the conversation, the leap, the workout, the plunge — you don’t just get a little better.

You grow exponentially.

You prove to yourself that fear isn’t a stop sign.

That discipline beats mood.

That the version of you on the other side of “I don’t feel like it” is the one who actually feels proud.

Comfort keeps you the same.
Hard things make you unstoppable.
