Our out and about was a fabulous goat adventure!
We headed up north a couple of hours to get this beautiful girl and add her to our Nubian dairy goat herd.
I'm very excited about her lines and her coloring.
She is going to throw some beautiful babies!

Today we're chatting grabbing a bite to eat.
Do you eat while you work, or do you step away and take an intentional break for lunch?
I'll admit that there are times of the year that are crazy busy and I will snack when I can and if I can.
I have become a lot more focused on having a better balance by stepping out of the shop and taking the time to eat and disconnect for a moment. That is, most days. Sometimes I completely lose track of time. 😉

Sexy Beast is a deliciously woodsy blending of pineneedle, rosemary, and a touch of peppermint essential oils.

This particular lotion scent is my pink grapefruit and spearmint. Very refreshing and matches my Wake Me Up, Baby goat milk soap.
Each jar is thick, creamy, and soaks in quickly. As you can see, a little goes a long way!
