How I work my savings events:

1. Preorder. This helps me keep inventory maximized and I’m not assuming what clients need/want. I wait for us to have a consultation and I will create the steps/make suggestions suited for your goals/needs/time of year.

2. You will get an invoice to be paid within 24hrs.

3. On the last day of the sale I collect all orders and I place them with our self care companies.

4. In bout a week I’ll have all orders in, bagged up, and ready to be picked up at your earliest convenience.

There is no code, bc I will need to create the savings. This helps ensure you’re ordering products that work with you and care for you. Keeping the barrier balanced and supported.

Not every moment feels strong, however I have learned to become adaptable.

SL box sits. My hip flexors are way too weak and sore to accomplish this accessory move without modifying. However, I like to be humbled and attempt every once in awhile.

After a few modifications I asked the trainer what she thinks of using Trx straps. That right there I felt the movement allow for my body to have access and to feel the muscles being active.

So when in doubt try a different way!
