HEY YOU,
You're doing okay, mate. Some days are harder than others, but that's life, right? You're allowed to feel whatever comes up anxiety, sadness, happiness, or just plain oh well. It's all valid.
You're strong, even when it doesn't feel like it. You're getting through the tough times, and that's something to be proud of. Don't compare yourself to others. You're on your own path, and that's what matters.
Take care of yourself, love and do the things that make you feel good, whether it's a quiet walk, a chat with a mate, or a binge session of your favourite show. You're not alone, even when it feels like it.
But hey...Keep being you, with all your quirks and flaws. You're doing your best, and that's all anyone can ask for.
