Happy Don't Fry Day! ⛅ Today, we're reminding everyone of the importance of sun safety and protecting your skin from harmful UV rays.

Here are some sun-protective measures to keep in mind as we head into summer ➡️ ➡️ ➡️

🧴 Apply Broad-Spectrum Sunscreen: Use an SPF of 30 or higher and reapply every two hours, or more often if you're swimming or sweating.
🏖️ Seek Shade: Avoid direct sun exposure, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., when UV rays are strongest.
👒 Wear Protective Clothing: Opt for long sleeves, wide-brimmed hats, and sunglasses to shield your skin.
🥤 Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated.
