If you or a loved one need therapy after a joint surgery, are recovering from an injury, or are tired of struggling with the aches and pains of life, you can now receive our unmatched in-home service. Yes, you can do your ENTIRE total knee replacement rehab from home!

Don't need an ongoing rehab program but need some help staying mobile, increasing flexibility, and dealing with muscle soreness? We also offer in-home assisted stretching and body work such as cupping, taping, and soft tissue work!

We are excited to share that Dr. Mollie is now a PWR!Moves Certified Therapist!

PWR! is an acronym for Parkinson Wellness Recovery. This certification provides additional specialization in treatment methods for people with Parkinson's and Mollie is happy to have even more tools available for her clients. And the moves are pretty darn fun ;)

If you have ever heard of LSVT BIG, this program was developed by the same physical therapist and researcher (Dr. Becky Farley). While LSVT is a strict treatment protocol, PWR! utilizes the same research-backed exercise and movement training strategies in a much more flexible and patient-centered way.

Mollie is one of two PWR! certified therapists in Lincoln (per the PWR! registry). The other one also happens to be one of Hope First's on call therapists :)
