Twinning Tuesday! I love how my client and I were on the same wave length! This is the 3rd time this has happened in my life. What a fun way to start the day. And I got to snuggle the little on she brought. We are full service around here!!

Hey NLN fam, we are looking for the kind of love and support we KNOW and have witnessed come from this community this weekend for our dear dear friend Molly Stolley 💜

This Thursday - Saturday we’re hosting a fundraiser for her in her courageous, resilient battle against cancer.

I have tears in my eyes knowing the kind of loyalty and support she’s not only given us, but the people around her and she deserves that back ten fold in a time she needs it most.

We will have raffle baskets, a special Unicorn Tea (profits donated) and a part of our total profits donated back as well.

Please consider stopping by this weekend to give Molly the love and support. And as always, please keep her in your prayers 🙏

We love you Molly!!!!

This week's featured modality is Energy work.

This the practice of balancing the energetic field around our bodies. Our Aura. Our Chakras. Our Meridians. Our Spirits. Our connection.

As our bodies hurt, feel stress or trauma our feelings and emotions will create spaces to hold and that can inhibit our abilities to move forward, forgive, learn, process and heal.

Where Chi flows blood flows. Chi is what creates movement and blood is the nourishment. Nothing is positive or negative, it's balanced or unbalanced.

In TCM we learn the creation and control cycles of Medicine, how to understand how find the root problem and use the Meridians and Acupoints to balance out the system.

Ayurvedic Medicinal, The Mother of Medicine we work with Chakras and Aura to work through disruptions in theses centers.

Reiki, the Divine energy, is a driving force in how I process all information given by words from the client and what the body is telling me.

I also add a little bit of CranioSacral Therapy in.

When you come in for an energy session, you will sit down with Molly and talk about what brings you in and what you know about this style of work. We will talk about goals and expectations on our session. All sessions are full clothed, so come dressed comfy!

Molly uses these 4 different techniques along with her intuition to help you create a healthier energetic life. From clearing your Chakras, helping process and rid the body of trauma to managing our mental health there is nothing energy work cant do for you.
