🌹 Organic Rose from India~
In Ayurveda, rose is revered as a tridoshic botanical balancing Vata, Pitta, and Kapha with cooling, calming, and heart-opening properties.

🌹 It is primarily used to pacify excess internal heat, Pitta, ease stress, and promote skin radiance.

🌹Soothing for the Mind & Emotions: Rose calms the nervous system and is known as a Medhya, brain tonic, that supports memory and reduces stress. Inhaling its aroma or using rose water is believed to create a blissful connection between the mind and the heart.

🌹Digestive Harmony: Rose helps balance appetite, strengthens the stomach, and reduces acidity. A traditional Ayurvedic preparation called Gulkand, a sweet preserve of rose petals is often used to cool the digestive tract and relieve constipation.

🌹Skin Rejuvenation: Due to its astringent and unctuous (lubricating) qualities, rose balances natural skin hydration, cools inflammation, and helps prevent premature aging. Using products with rose essence or pure rose water, tones the skin and soothes irritations.

🌹Menstrual Support: Rose is a classical remedy for heavy bleeding, painful cramps, and premenstrual irritability because its cooling nature helps manage Pitta-related imbalances in the reproductive system.

💦 Happy Summer! The temperature is climbing and it's very humid. It’s easy to sweat a lot and get dehydrated in the intense heat. This is one of my favorite Āyurvedic drinks to stay cool and hydrated in the summer. It is refreshing, delicious, and you will feel an immediate internal cooling effect. Here’s the recipe:

Coconut Water 🥥
Juice of 1/2 Lime 🍋‍🟩
1 tsp+ of Organic Rose Petal Jam 🌹
2-3 Fresh Mint Leaves 🌿

🫚🌿 Sunthi, also known as dry ginger or Zingiber officinale, is the dried form of fresh ginger root. In Ayurveda, it is classified as a Deepana, a digestive stimulant, and Pachana a digestive aid.

🫚 There is a unique drying process that enhances Āyurvedic ginger's potency, but it also makes its heating property less aggravating when significant fire is already present, making it a better choice for individuals who have more heat/Pitta fire in their physiology. It is deeply effective for internal imbalances like cold, cough, bloating, and joint stiffness.

🫚 Unlike fresh ginger, sunthi is more concentrated, making it ideal for therapeutic use. It contains powerful bioactive compounds like gingerol, shogaol, and zingerone — all known for their anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and digestive benefits.
