💜 September is National Recovery Month!

Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it’s about building a life that supports the person you are becoming.

Resilience grows through the everyday things that strengthen recovery: healthy relationships, meaningful goals, movement and exercise, community connection, purpose, and learning new ways to navigate challenges.

Every positive connection, every healthy choice, and every step toward a goal helps build recovery capital and resilience.

At Courageous Hearts, we celebrate the strength, courage, and possibility of recovery—not just this month, but every day. 💜

💜 What if your passion for helping people could include the healing power of animals? 🐴

At Courageous Hearts, we believe some of the most meaningful moments in healing happen through connection—to ourselves, others, nature, and the animals who meet us exactly where we are.

We’re growing and looking for pre-licensed and licensed mental health professionals who are passionate about making a difference and interested in exploring animal-assisted and experiential approaches to therapy.

If you’ve ever thought, “I would love to incorporate animals into my work,” or wondered what a career blending mental health and the human-animal connection could look like, we’d love to hear from you.

🐴 We are currently accepting resumes from those interested in joining our growing team and becoming part of something meaningful.

And there’s another way to be part of the Courageous Hearts family! 💜

🌿 Our volunteer program is currently being revamped, and we are welcoming volunteer inquiries from people who would like to support us through farm duties, fundraising, community outreach, sharing our mission, events, and other areas where your time and talents can make a difference.

Whether you have a few hours to give, a skill to share, or simply a heart for helping others, there is a place for you here.

Sometimes the next step isn’t just about what you can receive—it’s about what you can help create.

Come grow with Courageous Hearts. 💜🐴
