As a student athlete, fueling in a dorm can be tricky with limited space, a busy schedule, and no full kitchen. That’s why stocking up with the right staples is key to building balanced, energy-dense meals and snacks.

🔹 Individually portioned snacks: great for travel, fast between-class fuel, and keeping portions consistent to avoid under- or over-eating. Think trail mix packs, jerky, nut butter squeeze packs, or Greek yogurt cups.
🔹 Frozen produce & proteins: budget-friendly, long-lasting, and just as nutritious as fresh. Toss frozen veggies into eggs or microwave frozen chicken, salmon, or edamame for quick protein.
🔹 Pre-prepped foods: save time and reduce barriers to eating well. Examples: microwavable rice or oats, hard-boiled eggs, rotisserie chicken, or pre-cut veggies.
👉 Having these on hand means you’re never stuck skipping meals or relying on less nourishing options.
