Thank you for stepping so courageously into the West.

Together, we tracked with Mother Sister Jaguar, followed the trails of what we have carried, released what was ready to be released, and returned to the flow of the Waters.

We witnessed. We felt. We remembered. And we let go.

There is such beauty in watching each of you awaken the Inner Shaman within. My heart is full of gratitude for your trust, your courage, your openness, and the medicine you each brought to our circle.

It is a deep honor to walk beside you as your guide—not to walk the path for you, but to hold the lantern as you discover your own knowing and learn to trust the wisdom within.

May you continue to flow like Water, walk with the calm presence of Jaguar, and carry the light of your Inner Shaman into the world.

There is something sacred about being held by the mountains…

To stand upon the land and remember that we are not separate from it.

To feel the waters moving beside us and within us.
To breathe the air that has touched the peaks, the trees, and the ancient places before reaching our lungs.
To feel the warmth of the sun and the grounding presence of Earth beneath our feet.

Mountain.
Water.
Air.
Fire.
Earth.

The sacred elements are always weaving together—outside of us and within us.

And perhaps this is why we are drawn to these places…

Because something in our human body remembers.

The mountains teach us stillness and strength.
The waters teach us movement and surrender.
The air teaches us breath and spaciousness.
The fire teaches us transformation.
The Earth reminds us that we are held.

When we come into relationship with the land, we are also coming into relationship with ourselves.

The outer elements begin to balance the elements within us.

And for a moment, we remember…

We are not visitors here.

We are part of the weaving.

Part of the breath.
Part of the water.
Part of the mountain.
Part of the Earth.

Ayni.

The sacred reciprocity of giving and receiving.

May we walk gently upon this beautiful Earth, listening deeply, receiving what the land offers, and giving something of ourselves in return.
