Proud to continue growing in Pennsylvania with the launch of our dialysis program at Montgomeryville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center!

Bringing dialysis care directly into the skilled nursing setting allows us to meet patients where they are, reducing disruption, enhancing continuity of care, and supporting better overall experiences for both patients and facility partners.

On Sunday, we hosted a Nurse Education Meeting that brought our Georgia nurses together to strengthen skills and align across the market. It was a valuable opportunity to share best practices and reinforce our commitment to high-quality dialysis care.
