Masseter tox for the WIN! 💉✨

This transformation took about one year to achieve…and no, this isn’t a weight loss transformation. Her weight stayed the same throughout this process.

The difference came from treating the masseter muscles with neurotoxin (Botox or Dysport). As the muscles gradually relax, they become smaller over time, creating a softer, slimmer lower face and improved facial balance.

When the masseter muscles are as enlarged as they were in this case, it often takes multiple treatment sessions to achieve the final result. Great outcomes don’t always happen overnight!

She initially came in thinking she needed jawline filler, but after a thorough consultation, we determined that masseter tox was the better treatment to address the root cause of her concerns.

This transformation was achieved virtually over the course of nearly a year, with no active ingredients. Her acne has cleared, redness is significantly reduced, skin tone is more even, and there’s noticeable improvement in pigmentation.

Because of the climate she lives in, she’s now ready to begin a more intensive regimen this summer. Our next step is introducing a retinol to target remaining acne scarring and further improve pigmentation.

Subtle changes, big impact! Chin filler was used here to refine her profile and create a more sculpted look! The lower third of the face is commonly dismissed but enhancing it can bring harmony to the overall structure.
