As we age, we naturally lose volume in our lips (and many other places, haha 😉), but being able to thoughtfully add that volume back with lip filler is such a beautiful way to restore, not necessarily change, your natural features.

Lip filler can help enhance the shape and definition of the lips, soften fine lines, improve symmetry, and bring back some of that youthful fullness we naturally lose over time.

This wasn’t about changing who she is. It was about restoring balance, structure, and confidence in a way that still feels completely her.

For this transformation, we strategically treated the chin, jawline, pyriform area, cheeks, and temples. Every area was chosen with intention because true facial balancing isn’t about one syringe in one spot, it’s about understanding how the face works together as a whole.

Lips that still look natural from the side are the only kind of lips I want to create. 👄✨

If you’ve been treated by me before, you know I’m constantly checking your lips from every angle, not just the front. My goal isn’t simply to make them look good in photos. It’s to make them look like they belong on your face from every perspective.

One of the biggest mistakes with lip filler is focusing only on the front view. Lips can appear beautiful head-on but create a noticeable “shelf” or overprojected look from the side. That’s not the result I’m after.

We don’t experience people from one angle, we see faces while they’re talking, laughing, turning their head, and living life. That’s why I pay just as much attention to your profile as I do your frontal view. 👏🏼

I’d say that miracle is well on its way. We still have a few things to target, but the progress she’s made has been incredible. She’s currently adjusting to her active skincare routine, so some of the redness you’re seeing is expected and will continue to improve as her skin acclimates.

One of my favorite parts about this transformation? We’ve never even met in person. She’s not local to me, yet we’ve been able to completely transform her skin through a virtual consultation and a customized treatment plan.

Being able to help people feel more confident in their skin, no matter where they live, is something I’ll never take for granted. Seeing these kinds of results reminds me why I love what I do. 🤍

Masseter tox for the WIN! 💉✨

This transformation took about one year to achieve…and no, this isn’t a weight loss transformation. Her weight stayed the same throughout this process.

The difference came from treating the masseter muscles with neurotoxin (Botox or Dysport). As the muscles gradually relax, they become smaller over time, creating a softer, slimmer lower face and improved facial balance.

When the masseter muscles are as enlarged as they were in this case, it often takes multiple treatment sessions to achieve the final result. Great outcomes don’t always happen overnight!

She initially came in thinking she needed jawline filler, but after a thorough consultation, we determined that masseter tox was the better treatment to address the root cause of her concerns.

This is why an individualized assessment is so important. The treatment you think you need isn’t always the one that will give you the best result. ✨

ZO SKIN HEALTH 💙

This transformation was achieved virtually over the course of nearly a year, with no active ingredients. Her acne has cleared, redness is significantly reduced, skin tone is more even, and there’s noticeable improvement in pigmentation.

Because of the climate she lives in, she’s now ready to begin a more intensive regimen this summer. Our next step is introducing a retinol to target remaining acne scarring and further improve pigmentation.

Consistency, patience, and the right approach make all the difference 👏🏼
