Day 8- Meet Jenny Davis, LMFT
Jenny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to supporting children, individuals, couples, and families on their journey toward healing and improved daily functioning. With specialized training in play therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method, Jenny integrates evidence-based approaches to address a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.
Drawing from a general systems perspective, Jenny incorporates an understanding of intergenerational patterns and neurobiology to help clients gain insight into their experiences, foster resilience, and promote meaningful change. Jenny is passionate about creating a safe and collaborative environment where clients can explore their strengths and develop new strategies for growth and connection.
