Love this short video that simply shows a breeze with the "liquid sunshine" coming down! It was taken on the Minnesota-Canadian border where we were fishing a couple weeks ago. We have plenty of summer left.

At one of our Farmer's Market booths this weekend. Three generations with the grand daughter being Little MissKi-Chi- Saga. We hope that you too are all soaking in the goodness of summer!

We are coming up on our first year anniversary in business! I remember our first day, last July, at the Chisago City Farmers Market, and we wondered if we'd sell even one bag of the three blends we had at that time. As it turns out, we did sell some tea that day and now have 10 blends (2 more coming soon). We also sell at the Lindstrom Farmers' Market, online, and have been selling bulk tea as well as custom blends.

Our most recent blend is "Midsommar Reserve" which is a rich black tea with a blend of berries and citrus!

Cool, damp mornings and warm afternoons means Spring is in the air! It is a great time to try Zen Mode, an adaptogenic tea blend that aids in stress relief and relaxation, while also serving the antioxidant, metabolic, and other health benefits that green teas provide.

We use Hōjicha green tea leaves, which are from the Kyoto region in Japan, and are processed by slowly roasting the leaves, for a smoky, nutty flavor profile. Additional ingredients in our blend include reishi mushrooms, magnesium, lemon balm, ginger, ginseng, fenugreek and licorice root.

We just concluded our first "Lindstrom Public Market" event, which is an indoor farmer's market that features high quality local vendors here in east central Minnesota. Some of the other vendors presented pork, beef, poultry, eggs, flowers, syrup, baked goods, and beverages... At the Tangen Teas booth we were able to engage with lots of folks which is wonderful, and even sold a few bags of tea as well.

I do want to commend the other vendors at the market, many of whom are full-time farmers. As we all know, farm people work hard, but I mean they work really hard. I was very impressed with their products, focus on organic methods, and commitment to sustainability. Come visit us any Saturday from 9-12, shop the variety of vendors, and feed your families with healthful foods!

BTW, here are some nice pics of my niece who doesn't sell eggs at the Lindstrom Public Market, but is an eggs-cellent chicken person!
