He has been getting adjusted at least once weekly since he was just 2 days old! Swipe to see his first adjustment 😍 (thank goodness for chiro friends who make house calls!) At the time of that first adjustment we were struggling with breastfeeding. Two common misconceptions: .
☝🏼 it’s dangerous for babies/kids to be adjusted —> adjustments are GENTLE. NO cracking of the spine is performed!
✌🏼it’s not necessary —> You know the saying “if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it?” Well.. the absence of disease does NOT equal health. Just like you maintain a car and change the oil regularly, you don’t wait until your oil runs out and your car starts breaking down to fix it (don’t ask my mechanic why my car was running bad recently 😬)

Cultivating healthy gut flora is SO important for thriving heath, especially during the first few years of life. Ensuring your little one has healthy gut flora can help minimize the risk of allergies, food intolerances, eczema, illness, behavioral and mood disorders, nutrient deficiencies and many other issues.
👉🏼 This is especially important for:
-babies born via C-section
-if you received antibiotics during birth or while nursing
-babies who receive antibiotics
Yogurt can be a great source of probiotics, but make sure it’s cultured AFTER pasteurization as the pasteurization process destroys the active cultures. Watch out for ADDED SUGARS! Many yogurts (especially flavored) have added sugars. We love using plain yogurt and adding our homemade fruit mash (swipe for recipe) 🤤
