We just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who came out for our Friday the 13th event. We had close to 100 people sign up for tattoos, and the amount of support we felt all day was unreal.

Ryan and I stayed until 4am tattooing to get through as many people as we could, and it was honestly one of the longest days we’ve ever had, but also one of the most rewarding. Seeing the shop full, people hanging out, and so many of you excited to get tattooed reminded us exactly why we opened this place.

We only opened Dead Currents back in July, so to have this kind of turnout so early on means everything to us. Every person who walked through the door, shared our posts, told a friend, or trusted us with their tattoo is helping build this shop from the ground up.

If you got tattooed, drop a photo in the comments, we’d love to see how everything is healing and show some love to the artists who worked on you. 🖤
