Jackie is passionate about supporting our community and helping families navigate some of life’s most difficult moments with compassion, knowledge, and care. Her journey into healthcare was inspired by watching her grandmother battle Alzheimer’s—an experience that continues to guide her purpose today.

We’re excited to highlight Sue, one of our amazing Hospice Liaisons! 💙
If Sue isn’t working, you can probably find her enjoying a relaxing day on the beach 🌊 with a coffee in hand (cream & sugar, of course ☕). She’s an early riser—up by 4:30 AM—ready to take on the day and make a difference!
What Sue loves most about her role is helping people and building relationships with families during some of life’s most meaningful moments. She finds it especially rewarding to educate others about hospice care and help ease their fears, bringing comfort and clarity when it’s needed most.
One of the things that truly makes Sue smile at work is hosting games for our elderly patients—watching them laugh, have fun, and feel like kids again is something she cherishes. 🎉

“Quality of care means everything to me. When I tell families we’ll be there, I mean it. Following through and providing excellent care is so important. I truly believe in what I do, and it’s an honor to support people at this stage of their journey.”

Hospice is about so much more than care at the bedside. It is about connection, presence, education, and being a trusted resource for patients, families, facilities, and community partners.
