Comment CONSTIPATION for my free Constipation Cure™️ guide

Not all constipation support is created equal.

Stimulant laxatives and prokinetics both help things move, but they do it through completely different mechanisms.

Prokinetics support the natural movement of the stomach and small intestine and are commonly used in SIBO, gastroparesis, and slow-transit constipation.

Stimulant laxatives primarily act on the colon to trigger a bowel movement and are generally intended for short-term relief.

If you’re constantly bloated, constipated, or dealing with recurring SIBO, it’s worth asking whether the issue is simply stool not moving… or if your entire motility system needs support.

The reason your probiotic isn’t working? It’s not your gut. It’s the strain.

Most women are spending $40–$80/month on a probiotic that’s doing absolutely nothing for them.

Not because probiotics don’t work — because the wrong strain for your issue is basically just expensive filler.

Here’s what nobody tells you:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG is not the same as Lactobacillus acidophilus.
Saccharomyces boulardii is not interchangeable with Bifidobacterium longum.

Each strain does a specific job. And if you’re taking a random “women’s probiotic” off the shelf without knowing what you actually need — you’re guessing.

SIBO? You may not even want a probiotic right now.
H. Pylori? Certain strains make it worse.

Post-antibiotic? You need something completely different than someone dealing with constipation.

This is why I built a complete probiotic guide that breaks down exactly which strains work best for which conditions — so you stop throwing money at supplements that aren’t moving the needle.

You don’t have too much stomach acid. You probably have too little.

Which is exactly why the antacids never touched the bloat, the fatigue, or those “borderline” labs.

Swipe through — if 5+ of these are you, comment ACID and I’ll send you the Stomach Acid Resource Pack: the natural ways to rebuild it.

Constipated? Try this free morning routine that actually works:

👉 Comment CONSTIPATION and I’ll send you my full Constipation Cure guide!

1) Abdominal massage
10 strokes up the right side (ascending colon), 10 across (transverse), 10 down the left (descending), then circles around the belly button. This gently wakes up your colon.

2) Belly breathing (1–2 min)
Hand on belly. Slow inhale through your nose, long exhale. Activates the vagus nerve → tells digestion it’s safe to move.

3) Lemon water cocktail
• Lemon = stimulates bile & digestion
• Sea salt = sodium for nerve signaling
• Cream of tartar = potassium for muscle contraction (your gut is a muscle!)

4) Toilet positioning matters
Knees above hips (Squatty Potty or stool), lean forward, breathe — no straining.

5) Walk after meals (10 min)
Especially after breakfast. Walking is a natural pro-kinetic and keeps things moving.

🚨 Real talk:
Constipation isn’t about needing laxatives — it’s usually a motility + bile + nervous system issue.

Do this daily. If you’re still stuck, that’s when we dig deeper.

Your inflammation isn’t from gluten.

10 hidden causes of chronic inflammation most women (and most doctors) never check — hidden infections, low stomach acid, mold toxicity, birth control depletion, estrogen recycling, plastics, tap water, gut microbiome damage, cortisol from over-exercising, and chronic loneliness.

If you have bloating, fatigue, weight that won’t move, or “normal” bloodwork but still feel off — this is your list. Save it. Run through it.

👉🏼Comment “PUFFY” and I’ll send you the exact root cause protocol we use to find what’s actually driving your inflammation.

The p**p hack your doctor won’t tell you… 💩
That heavy, bloated, brick-in-your-gut feeling? Yeah — I’ve got a wild and surprisingly simple trick that can flush it out. Literally.
Here’s how to do the Salt Water Flush:

🌊 1 liter of hot water (as warm as you can handle)
🧂 2 heaping TEAspoons of mineral salt (Redmond Real Salt is my fave)
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon

‼️ Quick note — I said “tablespoons” by accident in the video… it’s 2 TEAspoons. You’re welcome. 😅

Mix it like a cocktail and chug it down within 5 minutes.
Then:
👉 Lie down
👉 Massage your belly (check my how-to reel for exactly how to do this)
👉 Hang tight for 30 minutes before you sprint to the bathroom 🏃‍♀️💨

You’ll likely have one or two GLORIOUS evacuations after… and feel like a brand new human. ✨

Trust me on this one.

⚠️ Disclaimer: This is not medical advice. If you have high blood pressure, take medications, or have any concerns — skip this and check with your doctor first.

“IBS” is a catch all diagnosis, it is a label based on symptoms - it does not identify or address the root problem.

Comment GUTFIX if you’re ready to identify & address the root causes!

Bloating. Constipation. Diarrhea. Food sensitivities. Cramping. Gas. Reflux.

These symptoms impact millions of people, and research estimates that up to 15% of the population struggles with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

The problem is that the diagnosis doesn’t identify WHY those symptoms are happening.

For many women, there are deeper root causes underneath the label, including:

• SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth)
• Poor bile flow or gallbladder dysfunction
• Low stomach acid
• Parasites or gut infections
• Chronic stress and nervous system dysregulation
• Food intolerances from gut inflammation
• Slow motility and chronic constipation
• Hormone imbalances
• Microbiome disruption after antibiotics

This is why symptom management alone often doesn’t create long-term relief.

You deserve more than being told to “just avoid foods” forever. The goal should be understanding WHY the gut is struggling in the first place and supporting healing from the root.

If you’re tired of bloating, constipation, unpredictable digestion, and feeling dismissed…

You treated your SIBO… but it keeps coming back for a reason. ❌

Because SIBO is rarely just a bacteria problem — it’s usually a sign that the environment in the gut is still off.

Poor motility.

Low stomach acid.

Sluggish bile flow.

Chronic stress.

These are the kinds of upstream issues that keep creating the perfect setup for overgrowth.

So if you only kill the bacteria but never fix why they were able to thrive in the first place… the cycle keeps repeating.

The truth? 👀

Recurring SIBO is often your body asking for deeper support — not just another round of antibiotics.

If this keeps happening, stop asking, “What kills SIBO?” and start asking, “Why does my body keep allowing it?”

Comment “SIBO” and I’ll point you in the right direction. ➡️
