If you’re exhausted no matter how much you sleep, freezing when everyone else is comfortable, watching your hair thin at the temples — and your doctor keeps telling you your labs are ‘normal’ — this is the episode nobody handed you.

There’s a trifecta: iron, iodine, and estrogen, and they’re so wired together that when one drops, it drags the other two down.

‘Normal’ labs miss all of it. Today we show you exactly what’s actually going on — and what to test before you waste another year guessing.

Your gut can be wrecked while your stomach feels totally fine.

Brain fog. Anxiety. Bone-tired. Skin flares. Weight that won’t move.

You’ve been chasing each one alone — they’re one problem wearing different masks.

Fix the gut and they fall like dominoes.

👉🏼Comment “GUTFIX” and I’ll help you find what’s driving yours.

To my hubby

You are a man of ALL the things.

Of all the hats you wear and all the talents you have, you do being a husband and a dad best. I’m so grateful for you, and while I try to honor you every day, I hope today feels extra special. I love you so much.

You are the steady one. The safe place. The one who shows up, works hard, plays hard, and makes our boys feel deeply loved. You teach them to be brave, to work hard, to laugh often, and to trust God.

He does not like public praise, but goodness I had a good time going through all the photos. So many feels!

Thank you for leading us, loving us, and making life so much fun.

Happy Father’s Day. We love you more than words can say.

Belly that won’t budge and a puffy face that wasn’t there a year ago?

Everyone’s calling it “cortisol belly” and selling you a 30-day reset.

Here’s the part they skip: cortisol isn’t the cause — it’s high because of five things underneath it.

Blood sugar. Gut. Perimenopause. Sleep. Lymph.

You can’t breathe your way out of a system problem.

I made a one-page map that shows you which of the 5 is driving YOUR belly and face — so you stop guessing.

👉🏼 Comment “MAP” and I’ll send it to you.

Tried every reset and nothing moved?

That’s not you failing.

That’s nobody looking at the actual root cause.

You can’t squat your way out of cottage cheese legs 🧀 I know because I tried.

Then I came off birth control, my estrogen started spiking and crashing, and the dimpling on my thighs and butt showed up overnight — no diet change, no missed workouts.

Here’s what’s actually driving it (and it’s not your gym schedule):

→ Estrogen swings making your body hold fluid and store fat differently

→ Electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium) too low to move fluid in and out of your cells

→ A stagnant lymphatic system with no pump — it needs walking, rebounding, stretching, not just lifting

→ Insulin resistance shoving fat straight into the tissue right under your skin

→ Chronic cortisol breaking down the collagen that’s supposed to hold everything tight

→ A sluggish liver recycling estrogen back into your system instead of clearing it

Read that list again. Not one of those is a skin issue.

Cellulite is a hormone and gut problem wearing a skin costume — which is exactly why the creams, the squats, and the “just lose weight” advice never moved the needle for you.

The good news?

When you fix the root, the cottage cheese stops being permanen

The journey was never the highlight reel — it’s the grit, the setbacks, and the messes that actually shape you. Whatever’s got you sidelined right now is smaller than what you’ve already overcome.

Ozempic didn’t invent anything. Your gut already makes the original.

👉🏼Comment “BILE” and I’ll send you my free Bile Support Playbook

Here’s the part nobody connects:

→ Ozempic copies a hormone you already make — GLP-1
→ GLP-1 is what kills hunger and steadies blood sugar
→ Bile is one of the things that triggers it
→ Your gallbladder fires bile in a concentrated hit when you eat
→ No gallbladder = bile dribbles all day = no real trigger

So the timed “I’m full” signal never fully fires.

That’s a big piece of why the weight came on after your surgery — and won’t come off.

It’s not willpower. It’s a missing trigger.

If you lost your gallbladder (or yours is sluggish) and the weight won’t move 👉🏼 comment “BILE” and I’ll send you exactly where to start.

Tag a friend who had hers out and was told it “doesn’t matter.”

Fibermaxxing won’t work for you. Here’s why nobody on your feed is explaining this.

Everyone’s calling fiber “nature’s GLP-1.” They’re not wrong.

They’re just skipping the middle step.

Here’s the actual chain:

→ You eat fiber
→ Your gut bacteria ferment it
→ Fermentation makes butyrate (a short-chain fatty acid)
→ Butyrate signals your gut to release GLP-1 That’s the mechanism.

Now here’s the part nobody’s saying out loud: If your microbiome is broken — dysbiosis, low diversity, the wrong bacteria — fiber doesn’t make butyrate.

It makes gas. More bloating. More inflammation. Less GLP-1.

That’s why most women over 35 try fibermaxxing and feel worse, not better.

The fix isn’t more fiber. It’s running a GI Map first.

Seeing what bacteria you actually have. Fixing the dysbiosis.

Then fiber does what the internet says it does.

If you’ve been bloating harder since you started loading up on beans and chia — comment **GUTFIX** below and I’ll send you link so we can figure out what’s going on.

Your liver makes bile. Your gallbladder stores it. But are you actually supporting the RIGHT kind?

Comment BILE and I’ll send you my free bile acid guide (esp for those without a gallbladder and / or recurring SIBO)

TUDCA and ox bile are not the same thing — and taking the wrong one means you’re leaving results on the table.

Here’s what most people don’t know: your body makes two types of bile acids.

Primary bile acids — cholic acid and chenodeoxycholic acid — are synthesized directly by your liver. Ox bile is derived from bovine sources and delivers these primary bile acids directly, mimicking what your own liver produces.
It’s essential for fat digestion, absorbing vitamins A, D, E & K, and if you’ve had your gallbladder removed, it’s non-negotiable.

TUDCA — tauroursodeoxycholic acid — is a secondary bile acid, meaning it’s not made directly by the liver but formed in the intestines through bacterial transformation of those primary bile acids.

It’s more focused on protecting cells and promoting the flow and quality of the bile your body is already making. It supports your liver, lowers oxidative stress, improves insulin sensitivity, protects mitochondria, and helps liver enzymes normalize.

Two different origins. Two different jobs.

Ox bile works downstream — replacing and replenishing what your digestive system needs to break down fat.

TUDCA works upstream — protecting the liver, improving bile quality, and supporting the gut-liver axis at a cellular level.

Most women I work with need BOTH — but for completely different reasons at different stages of their healing.

This is why I talk about bile constantly. Because almost every gut issue I see — bloating, constipation, fatty stools, hormone problems, skin issues, even immune dysfunction — has bile somewhere in the root cause.

Save this post. Your future self will thank you.

The first 1,000 days decide your kid’s immune system for life.

👉🏼Comment **1000** and you can take quiz on your kids’ gut health

Here’s what nobody tells you:
→ Conception to age 2 = the immune training window
→ The teachers? Microbes. From birth, breast milk, dirt, pets, siblings.
→ Miss the window, the immune system attacks the wrong things
→ That’s where eczema, food allergies, and asthma come from

And the loudest warning sign?

A toddler who can’t p**p.

Once every 3 days isn’t “their normal.” It’s a red flag.

A healthy toddler p**ps 1-2 times a day.

Soft. Easy. No straining.

If they’re skipping days, their belly is hard, or eczema patches won’t quit — that’s the gut talking to the skin.

Same problem. Different costume. The window matters.

But the gut keeps talking long after it closes.

If your kid is dealing with any of this — comment **1000** and I’ll send you exactly where to start.
