Let’s talk about our Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Katie! 🩺

Katie Gilligan is a local native, growing up in Powder Springs and graduating from McEachern High School. She completed her nursing degree at Kennesaw State University and her master’s degree in Child Health Nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University.

She started her career as a nurse practitioner in Clemson, South Carolina before moving back home and joining the team at West Atlanta Pediatrics, where she has now been for 17 years. She is most passionate about the ongoing relationships she is able to build with the families in pediatrics, and the honor of watching and helping her patients grow and develop from birth to adulthood. She has three of her own children who keep her very busy, and loves spending time on the water, running, or reading a book.

🎉 Fun Weekend Activity Announcement! 🎉

Join us for a fun Saturday of rock painting on June 13th from 11am-3pm at both of our locations! We will have all the supplies you need for a rocking good time! We will also be serving hot dogs, chips, and drinks 🥤. Bring your family, friends, neighbors, etc. and show off your artistic skills. We can't wait to see you there!

We had a great morning last Friday at Panter Elementary School for the Kindergarten Community Helper Day! 🍎 ✏️

The kindergarteners had a great time with hands-on equipment, games, and learning why their doctor is such an important part of the community!
