40! 40 patients have gone through our Max Metabolix program this year! 🎉
For most of them, this was the first time other than getting simple lab work at the doctors that they got a deeper look into their health.
A lot of people aren't truly aware of what's going on inside and the deficiencies that may be holding them back from vibrant health!

It's been amazing to see how functional nutrition testing and personalized nutrition can create such life change!

Cheryl started our Max Metabolix program to learn more about her body and work on her gut health.
She loved that she was able to learn what more of what was going on inside her body and what deficiencies she might have. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
As she went through the program she noticed that she was going to the bathroom more regularly, and had way more energy.
Since her first child she has always felt the NEED to nap. Now she just naps on occasion and has SO MUCH more energy! And instead of feeling the need to drink coffee - she just drinks it because she loves it! ☕
And the icing on top of the cake - she recently went to her doctor to get her annual blood work. She said it's the BEST BLOOD WORK she's had in her LIFE! 🧪🌟

I've been working at Lititz Family Chiropractic for 5 years and got my health coaching certification back in 2016.
I am passionate about helping patients get to the ROOT cause of their specific health concern. Then nourishing the body through whole REAL foods 🍍 and using strategic whole-food supplements to compliment that! (Not in place of! 😏)
I specialize in Pro-Metabolic eating and Non-toxic living. I LOVE carbs + sugar and helping patients to find freedom with food and actually ENJOYING the healing process!
