Participants enjoyed gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and relaxing movement right from their seats. It was a peaceful and refreshing session that left everyone feeling energized and centered.

🎶☀️ We kicked off our Summer Program with Music Therapy!

Participants enjoyed making music and expressing themselves through rhythm and song. It was a wonderful first session and a great start to the summer!
